CALIBRATION SERVICES
Onsite Field Calibration. We bring standards to your Location.EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION SERVICES
Danholsen has the capabilities to come to your facility and calibrate a variety of Mechanical and Electrical Test Equipment. We bring our standards to your location, perform the calibrations and leave the test reports with you upon completion.
All calibrations are traceable to NIST, the National Institute of Standards and Technology and include full As Found and As Left Data. A2LA Accredited Calibrations are also available upon request.
Several national and international standards specify that the welding machine to be used for welding products shall be calibrated. DANHOLSEN provides calibration services for current, voltage and gas flow calibration as required by the applicable standards.
CURRENT CALIBRATION
Welding current is an essential variable in all of the national and international standards. A change in current can change weld joint properties and introduce unacceptable discontinuities. Hence having correct current reading on the welding machine is very vital to produce acceptable quality welds.

VOLTAGE CALIBRATION
Welding voltage is an essential variable in all of the national and international standards. A change in voltage can change weld joint properties and introduce unacceptable discontinuities. GAS FLOW CALIBRATION
Rate of gas flow is an essential variable in all of the national and international standards. A change in the rate of gas flow can change weld joint properties and introduce unacceptable discontinuities. Hence having correct gas flow reading on the welding machine is very vital to produce acceptable quality welds.

This is a partial list of our on-site capabilities. Please contact us with any special testing or process equipment that needs to be calibrated in place at your facility. All calibrations performed in the field are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance to documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001-2000, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA. Upon completion of our service at your facility you will be provided with Calibration Certificates for all the items calibrated at your facility. You can also be set up on our web based interface, iPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of Calibration Certificates, asset history and due date reports for your equipment.
