Terms and Conditions for Registration with Danholsen Advanced training solutions

1. SCOPE: This policy applies to all course registrations training and examinations. Any deviations from the policy needs authorization from the General Manager of Danholsen Global Services with the exception of work carried out outside of the terms of this policy.

2. GENERAL: All payments for course registration are required at the time of registration and may be made by cash, Cheque, Visa or MasterCard.

3. STUDENTS SPONSORED BY COMPANY: Students being sponsored by companies must provide proof of payment by one of the above methods.

4. SELF-SPONSORED STUDENTS: Self-sponsored students will be required to pay in full during course registration in order to secure a place on a particular course. Enquiries and Reservations for courses can be made on the phone or via email. In certain situations (approved by course management) provisional registrations can be made with part deposit.

5. CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION AFTER PAYMENT: If a student contacts Danholsen Global service to cancel a previously registered and paid course, the following rules apply:-
1. Any agreed changes to the registration must be made at least two weeks prior to the course commencement date:-
a. The money already paid (or PO Received) can be transferred to another course or exam without loss if more than two weeks prior to course commencement date.
b. If cancellation occurs more than two weeks prior to commencement date of a course already paid for, refund will be made with N3500.00 deducted as admin charge.
c. In the case of a Company PO for training, this can be held on account against future training courses, but these must be booked and attended within a 6 month period from the date of cancellation.
2. If changes or cancellation are within two weeks of course commencement date:-
a. 30% refund is made for the course
3. If a student does not attend the course and gives no warning or reasons for this before the course commencement date, all payment shall be retained by Danholsen Global services and no refund is allowed.

Q. When do I need to make payment for the course/examination?
A. You must pay for the course/examination on the date you registered the course

Q. Can I reserve a place on the course and pay when I arrive for the course?
A. No, provisional registrations are not taken by Danholsen Global Services, you must pay when you register for the course and if you do not pay then we cannot guarantee a place will be available on the dates you require. For company sponsored students a purchase order number is required and subsequently the company shall be invoiced for the amount owed.
